Born and bred on the sunny shores of Tasmania, our trio consisting of hubby Troy and his wife Michelle are no newbies when it comes to the world of baking. Having an industry span of 30 years, Troy is a master of his craft delighting taste buds for decades. Michelle joined Troy on his baking venture and enjoyed a successful 16 years together running their previous bakery, bringing a new fresh eye. The last of the trio is Grant, the youngest brother of Michelle, with over 34 years in the customer service industry this newly created trio welcomes you to a place where the aroma of freshly baked goodies and beautifully brewed coffee meets the laid-back Tasmanian spirit.
